广州市思赛复合材料制品有限公司成立于2010年，从成立起即以热塑性复合材料的产品应用为导向，以模压与注塑工艺结合为主要生产工艺，辅以免涂装的环保工艺来达到A级的产品外观。市场应用以运动及安全防护用品，运动器材，电子产品配件等。
材料系统为热塑性PP / PC为基体树脂的连续纤维复合材料（CFRT），纤维主要是碳纤维/玻璃纤维等多层进行复合。
同时，我司提供表面装饰系统，包括木皮/布料/皮料/装饰膜等来满足不同的外观需求。
Guangzhou CISAC Composites Co., Ltd. was established in 2010, we strived at the thermoplastic fiber reinforced composites production application from our foundation. We build our production facilities mainly thermoplastic composites compression molding integrated with injection molding in same material system; also associated with a non-painting environmentally friendly surface system which guaranteed a consistent A grade finishing. In past years, our market application includes sporting and safety protection products, sporting goods, components of electronic devices, and etc.
Our material system is continuous fiber reinforced thermoplastics (CFRT) which is based on PP/ PC thermoplastic resins, impregnated with carbon fiber or fiberglass with design strength in multiple layer combinations. Meanwhile, for the surfacing decoration system, we can provide a variety choice, such as plywood, fabric, leather, decorating film and etc. |
